We use the same social media, subscribe to the same feeds, watch their videos, listen to their music, and spend time with them. By establishing friendships and building focus groups, we see the world through their eyes.
Once we are done listening, watching, learning, and testing, we figure out how to execute the ideal solution that bridges our clients with their consumers.
